InsideWrk is built on the principle of anonymity. We do not store your email address in plain text. When you verify your work email, we generate a cryptographic hash that allows us to verify your employment without knowing your identity.

2. Data Collection

We collect essential data to operate the service:

  • Account connection data (hashed email)
  • Content you create (observations, reviews, comments)
  • Usage data (views, interactions)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Aggregated insights (e.g., company ratings) are public, but your individual identity remains protected.
